1. General Usage & Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
2. Product Information & Ergonomic Specifications
EOXO World strives to display product colors, dimensions, density ratings, and materials as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor color calibration settings.
All memory foam core dimensions are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances of ±0.5 inches due to the responsive viscoelastic molding process.
3. Pricing, Payments & Offers
All prices listed on EOXO World are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payments via major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
- Promotional coupon codes (such as EOXO5) must be entered at checkout prior to order submission and cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders.
- EOXO World reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central warehouse facility in Noida, UP, India.
Standard delivery timeline is 3 to 7 business days depending on destination location. Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, national holidays, or courier disruptions are beyond our direct control, though our support team actively assists tracking.
5. 100-Night Sleep Trial & Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our ergonomic cervical contour pillows. Eligible EOXO memory foam pillows come with a 100-Night Risk-Free Sleep Trial, subject to the following criteria:
- The trial begins on the date of delivered carrier tracking status.
- A minimum adaptation period of 14 nights is recommended for spinal readjustment prior to initiating a return.
- Returned items must be free from tears, severe stains, burns, or liquid damage.
- Returns are inspected upon arrival before refund processing to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Copyright
All graphics, logos, text content, product photography, UI code, and design architecture on EOXO World are the exclusive intellectual property of EOXO World and protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
EOXO World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
